Recently I found out about a product named the "Vegetti". It is a double sided coned shape object with holes at either end where you can insert a vegetable of your choice; cucumbers, squash, and zucchini seem to work best. By twisting the vegetable in the object it makes veggi spaghetti.
I bought this product in realization that i eat entirely way too much pasta. I started gaining some weight, and decided i needed a healthy alternative to my delicious pasta meals. I bought the "Vegetti" product for a little under twenty dollars. SOOOO worth it. I made zucchini and squash noodles and spaghetti sauce and melted mozzarella on the top. I loved it, and even better.. My 5 year old liked it and ate all that was on her plate! Since I bought this unbelievably amazing product I have lost weight and feel healthier. My daughter even requests this deliciously healthy meal! the product is a great price for the tremendous changes it has made for my new, healthy and improved life style. There are many recipes for great meal making for this particular product. Here is one link that I like:

Fitbit- Find Your Fit
People are always finding new ways to get fit. Whether it's with friends, tracking it on an agenda, or making your own personal goals. With Fitbit, you can do all of that with one simple app. Fitbit is a wireless wristband that can track your steps, physical activity, sleeping habits, food intake, and your weight. Better than all of that? You can sync up with your friends through Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and more, to create goals with them and even compete against them for fun.
Fitbit was created in 2007, but the product didn't launch until late 2014. The creators, Eric and James, wanted to find something with wireless sensors that could help promote everyday health and fitness. Their idea skyrocketed through social media within their launch, and their products were sold out around black Friday.
When it comes to social media, fitbit is the perfect way to challenge your friends and family to work out and get more active. You can create goals and challenges to see how many steps you can take in a day, how many minutes you can be active compared to your friends. Over time, you get badges and little rewards for being fit. You can post your progress on twitter and facebook to brag to your friends about how well you're doing, which is fun because it's a good message to show to others.
Personally, my experience with fitbit has been awesome. I track my steps around campus and I also like to track my sleep. I post to twitter and sometimes facebook when I have had a good day, showing people that even taking 10000 steps a day is quite the accomplishment for a busy college student.

BMG 155 - Managing Your Social Network Self
The title of this article is “ThinkUp
Helps the Social Network User See the Online Self”. They talk about how creators
of ThinkUp Anil Dash and Gina Trapani came up with the idea for ThinkUp which
is a year-old subscription service that analyzes how people comport themselves
on Twitter and Facebook, with the goal of helping them become more thoughtful,
less reflexive, more empathetic and more professional – over all, better
behaved. I found this article pretty interesting because ThinkUp shows users a
list of people’s most-used words and other straightforward stats like follower
counts, how often they thank and congratulate people, how frequently they
swear, whose voices they tend to amplify and which posts get the biggest
reaction and from whom.
Ms. Trapani said, “The
goal is to make people less like a jerk online, and the big goal is create
mindfulness and awareness, and also behavioral change.” I actually find myself
saying things off the cuff online and a service like ThinkUp could probably
benefit me in more than a few different ways. Unfortunately ThinkUp charges $5
a month for each social network you connect to, and feel that it’s probably not
worth it. As stated, just stop using social networks. But we all know that is
not going to happen.

Eureka at long last the search is over. This app is sure to save me some money on my travels. The app can be found in the apple app store and the android store as well. The link below can also be used to get the app.
Main Features:
This particular app allows you to flag police, gas prices, and accidents among other things. This is very useful as the post can be viewed by other Waze users in real time. It even asks if the incident is still there when you are passing by so the data will be updated. This screen allows the user to log the following incidents.
GPS:
Another great feature is the built in GPS function. This function will take into account the logged incidents from the users in the immediate area to determine the best route to take. It is designed to avoid the logged incidents. This has proven to be a huge time saver and is one of my personal favorites. Simply type in the address and you are off.
Conclusion:
All in all this app is an all around good download in my opinion. By the way I forgot to mention the app is free! Also it is kind of like a game you can collect points and up grade the avatar. It is very exciting updating the app as you encounter one of the incidents. So download, enjoy and happy driving!
