One of the websites I
enjoy using and view on a daily basis is Ebay. I enjoy shopping online for
bargains on car parts and other personal interests. I have been a longtime
member with Ebay for a few reasons one of them being variety. Ebay pretty much
has something for everyone, new and used. You can purchase items from
businesses as well as individuals that may or may not come with a return
policy/warranty. The buyer decides the amount of risk they are willing to take
for their desired item. I tend to shop on the more cautious side, searching for
fair deals for new/used car parts sold buy reputable sellers. This goes into
another reason why I prefer Ebay, sellers are rated by their buyers. Often
times business based websites have feedback that is often from mock buyers,
making them seem more reputable than not. Though Ebay is not full proofed from
this, it is more likely to have more "real" feedback from buyers than
not. I gauge my buying behavior on the feedback and ratings the seller has.
Ebay is also user friendly. I usually type what I'm searching for at the top of
the website page and can locate what I'm looking for in a matter of seconds. I
have access to private and commercial sellers willing to provide the best
bargain (in most cases). If and when I find something I like, I am able
to "watch" that item by putting it on my "watch list" while
I browse other items. This feature allows me to keep up to date on price
changes, auction progress, and bids. If I don't feel like bidding then I have
the option to "buy now". It is a nice feature if one is trying to
avoid the excitement with auctions, however it is usually a more expensive route
if the item does not have many bids. I personally avoid auctions. I prefer a
more online shopping experience, however individuals new to Ebay must be
careful. You must read the descriptions carefully to ensure it is EXACTLY what
you want. If you buy carelessly without reading the descripition you may be
buying something you weren't expecting. For an example, a guy sees an ad for a
PS3 box for $300 (this is when the systems were new and just coming out). The
guy thinking its a steal makes a purchase without reading the description, just
went by the image, and received a PS3 box with nothing else in it. The downside
to Ebay is that sellers can prey on the careless by misleading images and
titles, however they must provide a thorough description or face consequences
from Ebay. So Ebay protects their customers through secure payment and ensuring
you received the title described but you must read and know what you are
buying. So I do appreciate that Ebay protects their customers to an extent,
which makes my buying experience more enjoyable. Ebay has become so popular
that large companies sell their products on Ebay as well. This is a plus for
businesses who do not necessarily have a lot of physical customers visiting
their store front, they can sell online. Actually anyone can sell on Ebay,
which is a great way to selling valuable goods or just items you wish to get
rid of in the home. I've never sold anything however if I need to I know a
great website to do so.

Thirty-One has changed my life.
It all began
with a Thirty-One party I was having for a neighbor of mine in November 2014,
then I realized after the party, that I missed out on some rewards she was
unaware of as well as I knew more than she did about the monthly specials and
products. On December 19, 2014 I was to
go in for surgery on my foot the next week and as a gift to myself, I would
sign up to be a Thirty-One Consultant, partly because my husband said I wouldn’t
earn any money and mostly because I love the product. Here it is May 29, 2016
and I have been in the top 6% and the top 14% twice in that year and a half.
The site I am
focusing this blog around is mythirtyone.com/bhone
this is the link and life that has let me stay home with my now 2&4 year old
as well as continue with school and still have fun money to go do things. We were
able to make 2 trips to Bavarian inn on just my commission from thirty-one as
well as having done a fundraiser and earned $300 for a Little League travel
team one of our friends is on.
So here it
goes, a bit about Thirty-One…
What is Thirty-One

We
don’t empower women to sell bags.
We
sell bags to empower women.
See
why Thirty-One is more than just a bag.
The heart of who we are
Thirty-One
Gifts is about so much more than just a bag. We are a family of individuals who
share a passion for empowering women, and who are committed to celebrate,
encourage and reward others for who they are. The name Thirty-One Gifts comes
from Proverbs 31, which describes the attributes and the importance of a
“Virtuous Woman.”
Our
mission is to help women by giving them the opportunity to own their own
business, providing them with all the tools and support necessary to find
success and possibly build a new career!
Founder,
President & CEO Cindy Monroe started Thirty-One in her basement in 2003.
From those humble beginnings we’ve grown into one of the most successful
direct-selling businesses in the world, with more than 90,000 independent Sales
Consultants across the U.S. and Canada – many of whom are reaching their dreams
through this opportunity!
We
believe in the power of relationships, and while the modern world says
relationships can thrive from a distance, we know better. We’re passionate
about bringing women together and creating opportunities for them to shop
face-to-face while building new friendships.

What does it stand for
Celebrate. Encourage. Reward.
Celebrate. Encourage. Reward.
Celebrating
Women in their businesses, encourage them to step outside their comfort zone
and reward them when they do.
Thirty-One Gives
Current Gives Products
These Items
are used as donations to different organizations through the #31gives mission
as well as each item that is purchased donates .31 to the organization. We are also offering a gives personalization
currently that when used on over half of our items donates .31 to #31gives as
well.
What are party benefits
Parties with
Thirty-One only need to be $200 in order to get rewarded as a hostess. The more
you sell the more you are rewarded. Hostess Benefits Link
this page will allow you to play with an awesome tool that you slide from left
or right to determine your party sales and what you will get rewarded with, I
use this tool with my hostesses to let them decide the size of a party we are
aiming for. #31party is a tag you can
use to share your party pictures and possibly end up on the website.
How to hold a fundraiser
Contacting
your consultant will allow you to get a better understanding. Some use just the
monthly specials and sell them at their regular price and the organization/team
gets the profit. Or sometimes you can have it as a regular party and then the
Hostess Gives up her rewards (minus a small gift) and then the consultant
donates her commission back to the cause. It’s all part of working together and
Thirty-One has a large sister good and are all about giving and rewarding.
The best way to order
If ordering
through a party or hosting your own party the easiest way is to order online
from your desktop, sometimes the online orders from mobile don’t go through and
if you have issues with that you can always feel free to contact your
consultant and they are always willing to help. If you’re at a party, you can
do it the old fashion way on paper and then you can ship your items to you with
an additional $4 fee that most people are unsure of or you can have them delivered
to your hostess and then you can meet with her to get your items. Who doesn’t
need a #girlsdayout
How to keep in contact with me as your
consultant
Most
consultants have their website mythirtyone.com/bhone.

The best
reason to join Thirty-One
is that It’s only $99 and you get the following (based on catalog) along with
the business supplies you need to get started #BMG155 will hopefully help me
along my journey with this as well. I started with just the $99 kit and in my
first year selling casually (1-2 parties a month, Facebook, in-home or catalog)
I made $3000 in the first year along with being rewarded with $600+ in FREE
Product.
That $99 was
made back within a month and is still running strong in this easy to use
website, it has all the links you need to learn and know about Thirty-One as
well as how to contact me, the monthly specials, how to join, the rewards as a
hostess. And the My Scheduled parties link to shop if you’re shopping under a friends’
party to save that addition $4 Direct Ship fee everyone disagrees on.
