My Fitness Pal is a tool that helps keep track of the number of calories you’re
in taking each day, just by typing in the food you ate it will count up the
calories for you! This app also lets you set goals for how many calories you
would like to consume each day and how much of that you want to be sugars,
sodium’s, or fats. The cool thing is my fitness pal does all the counting for you, one may ask what if I want to only consume 5 grams of sugar each day? My fitness pal has a
setting for setting target goals and the app will send you an alert if you go
over that target goal. Yes, this app will do all your dirty work for you and
the stress from counting calories goes away! Oh did I mention that my
fitness pal will send you alerts to remind you to eat breakfast or lunch? A lot
of people can get caught up with their everyday life style causing them to
forget to eat but with my fitness pal that’s no longer a problem.
Another cool
feature is it helps keep track of how long and how intense your exercise are, then
the app will calculate how many calorie you burnt during that exercise. Cool
huh? Well it will also subtract those brunt calories from the amount of
calories you consumed for that day. For example, if your Net Calorie goal is
1500 calories, one way to meet that goal is to eat 2,000 calories of food, but
then burn 500 calories through exercise. Yes, I know it crazy that this app is
