Sleep Cycle the Sleeping App to Try

Have you ever woke up and feel like you have been run over by a Mack truck? Even if you go to bed early enough to make sure you got enough sleep for the next day?  I have fibromyalgia and sleep is very important to me, it makes the difference in me having a good day or a bad one.
I found an app that works with both apple and android phones. It is called Sleep Cycle and you lay the phone on your bed up by your head area and leave it on while you sleep and it does all the work.
During the night you go through many stages of sleep, light, deep, and a dream like sleep called REM. REM stands for Rapid Eye Movement, this is where your eyes move in different directions quickly while you are sleeping, this is also where  you do most of your dreaming. Sleep Cycle monitors your movements through the night which helps to determine what sleep cycle you are in.  When you set the alarm there is a 30 minute window that the phone will wake you up in your lightest sleep so you will wake up fresh and rested.
Sleep Cycle builds a graph to show you when you sleep the lightest, deepest, and how much you move around in bed, making you feel restless in the morning.  You can also share this information with your friends or even your doctor if you are having sleep problems.
One of the nicest things about Sleep Cycle is you are not listening to some harsh sound on your alarm clock.  There are sounds like warm breeze, forest glade, morning mist, or you can have one of your favorite songs wake you up. You can download this app for 99 cents, a bargain that might be worth it.
